Job summary

CTS Cement Manufacturing Corporation is hiring a Multi-Craft Maintenance Supervisor in Blue Island, IL. This full-time, hourly non-exempt role pays $31.00–$35.00 per hour and reports to the Plant Manager.

You will supervise maintenance technicians, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate downtime while maintaining safety and quality. Shift and callouts may be required, with PPE and NEC knowledge expected.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience of 5+ years.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Knowledge of 3-phase/480V circuits and low-voltage controls.
• Effective communication with operators and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Model safe work practices and promote safety culture.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and assess performance.
• Troubleshoot/repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
• Coordinate planned and unplanned downtime and maintenance work.
• Safely operate plant equipment including lifts and forklifts.
• Ensure clean, organized work area and proper parts inventories.
