Job summary

CTS Cement Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a Multi-Craft Electrical Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair production equipment at our facility. This full-time, hourly non-exempt role reports to the Plant Manager and requires a strong safety focus and hands-on electrical experience.

The position requires knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures, NEC standards, three-phase/480-volt circuits, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training certifications from IEC program.
• Strong electrical maintenance experience and knowledge of NEC rules.

Responsibilities

• Model safe work practices and promote a safety-first culture across the facility.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace components to resolve electrical and controls issues.
• Calibrate scales and instrumentation per equipment manuals.
• Assist in planned and unplanned downtime, shutdowns, and emergency work.
• Serve as a resource for quality, site safety, scheduling, and planning for maintenance and rebuild activities.
