Job summary

CRH’s Oldcastle division in Memphis seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance of plant equipment, plan preventive maintenance, and coordinate technicians to minimize downtime.

The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting, reading schematics, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. On-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years supervising maintenance
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Responsibilities

• Direct workers in maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
• Diagnose malfunctions and determine cause of trouble
• Plan and supervise routine and preventative maintenance schedules
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and a safe work environment
• Monitor production schedules and allocate worker hours
• Order parts for maintenance and special projects
