Mountain Cement Company seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a crew of mechanic/welders at a next-generation cement plant, focusing on safety, reliability, and environmental compliance.

You will oversee repairs, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure work aligns with MCC policies and budget constraints. Strong leadership, cement manufacturing knowledge, and effective communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum five years of field experience in heavy or mining industries required.
• Technical schooling in equipment repair and/or maintenance required.

Responsibilities

• Compliance with MSHA, Federal, State, and local rules/regulations and MCC policies.
• Compliance with environmental rules and regulations at all times.
• Timely troubleshooting/repairs/maintenance of all mechanical equipment.
• Provide leadership with clear, measurable goals and accountability.
• Problem solving with cost effective actions and delegation.
• Clear communication of priorities to maintenance staff.
