Job summary

Southwire Company, LLC in Denton, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the completion of planned maintenance and oversee daily operations of the maintenance team, coordinating emergencies and sustaining safety, quality, and efficiency across the plant.

You will evaluate crew skills, facilitate training, manage schedules and timecards, and serve as the on-site escalation point for personnel issues while supporting ongoing reliability and equipment performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; CMT or similar certification preferred.
• 8+ years multi-craft maintenance experience or 7+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, safety adherence, and ability to manage a diverse crew.

Responsibilities

• Ensures adherence to safety policies and protocols.
• Manages daily work schedule and communicates assignments.
• Oversees maintenance crew, ensures timely completion of work orders.
• Coordinates emergency and urgent jobs efficiently.
• Leads training, evaluates skills, and conducts performance discussions.
• Acts as on-site escalation point for personnel issues.
