The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, budget discipline, and SAP/CMMS work-order management, with a focus on coaching and accountability. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, on-site at Millington.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance supervision in a heavy industrial environment.
• Coaching-oriented leadership with accountability conversations.
• Hands-on experience owning and managing a preventive maintenance program.
• Budget tracking and cost management experience.
• SAP or CMMS experience for work order management.
• Mechanical and/or electrical background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical and electrical maintenance technicians; manage performance, conduct reviews, and handle progressive discipline conversations directly and fairly.
• Own the preventive maintenance program: set schedules, monitor completion, and hold the team accountable to PM compliance.
• Manage maintenance budget and track costs; identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Enter and close work orders in SAP; maintain PM documentation and compliance records.
• Manage contractors and vendors for supplemental maintenance work.
• Develop technicians through coaching, cross-training, and performance feedback.
