Job summary
Commercial Metals in Tennessee seeks a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to own and optimize GalvaBar operations. You will lead safety initiatives, manage preventive maintenance, and drive uptime across electrical, PLC, and mechanical systems.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical discipline preferred.
- Minimum heavy industrial maintenance experience in a complex production setting.
- Significant PLC and electrical troubleshooting experience required.
- Experience leading a maintenance team is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in safety programs and uphold safety culture.
- Own maintenance for GalvaBar Tennessee operation: reliability, controls, utilities.
- Develop and manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
- Lead troubleshooting to reduce downtime and improve OEE.
- Coach and develop maintenance team with clear expectations.
- Maintain hands-on leadership in plant operations.
- Coordinate with operations, engineering, safety, quality, and procurement.
- Manage labor, parts, contractors, and maintenance spend.
