Job summary

Mural Group is partnering with a global industrial manufacturer at their processing facility in Millington, Tennessee to place a Maintenance Supervisor. This is a direct hire role reporting to the Maintenance Manager and involves leading a team of maintenance technicians in a heavy industrial, chemical processing environment.

The ideal candidate is firm, accountable, and committed to developing their team while ensuring PM compliance and budget control.

Qualifications

Experience leading maintenance teams in heavy industrial settings.
Proven ability to coach and develop staff through accountability conversations.
Track record of managing a preventive maintenance program.

Responsibilities

Supervise mechanical and electrical maintenance technicians; manage performance and conduct reviews.
Own the preventive maintenance program: set schedules and monitor completion.
Manage maintenance budget and costs; identify cost reductions.
Enter and close work orders in SAP; maintain PM documentation and compliance records.
Manage contractors and vendors for maintenance work.
Develop technicians through coaching and cross-training.
