Job summary

United Rolls Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance shop in a fast-paced foundry/manufacturing environment. You will plan, supervise and direct activities on your shift, ensuring safety, quality and productivity while adhering to company policies.

You will report to the Maintenance Manager, train and evaluate hourly staff, and maintain housekeeping and equipment readiness. Industrial experience and strong mechanical/electrical skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Technical, trade school or four years experience in industrial/manufacturing maintenance is a plus, especially with supervisory duties.
• Experience supervising a team of hourly workers.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret shop drawings.
• Familiarity with company rules and labor agreements is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and plan maintenance work on your shift within the Maintenance Department.
• Instruct and evaluate hourly staff with emphasis on proper work methods, quality, safety, and policy compliance.
• Maintain housekeeping throughout the Maintenance Department.
• Report to the Maintenance Manager and support adherence to shop standards.
