Job summary

CREATIVE WERKS LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who will plan, organize, schedule, assign and review maintenance work under the direction of the Maintenance Manager. The role includes training, supervising and evaluating mechanics and coordinating with the PM team to keep equipment in top condition.

You will manage daily schedules, track PM effectiveness, enforce safety standards, and drive permanent repairs within 24 hours.

Qualifications

• General maintenance management and supervision of a crew.
• Proficient with Excel and data entry for PMs and WOs.
• Capable of investigating causes of breakdowns and implementing permanent fixes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, schedule, assign and review maintenance work.
• Train, supervise and evaluate assigned employees.
• Monitor timecards, enforce attendance, and coordinate with PM/wrenching teams.
• Develop and publish daily mechanic tasks based on priorities.
• Ensure safety-first culture and proper use of PPE.
• Escalate issues per policy and drive continuous improvement.
