We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Specialist responsible for routine and preventative maintenance of all industrial machinery and equipment. The role includes troubleshooting, repairing issues, and fabrication to enhance production processes.

Responsibilities and Abilities:

1. Perform inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment
2. Diagnose and repair malfunctions
3. Conduct preventative maintenance
4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
5. Follow safety regulations
6. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures to ensure safe, quality food production
7. Fabricate or weld as needed to ensure equipment readiness

Work Environment:

• Noise: Ear protection required on the production floor; moderate noise elsewhere.
• Temperature: Approximately 40°F on the production floor; freezer areas at 0°F or colder.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 60-80 pounds as needed
