Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical & hydraulic trade functions for installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
• Maintain and repair injection & hydraulic molding presses, chillers, pumps, and compressors.
• Diagnose malfunctions and determine proper repair actions.
• Inspect, test, and adjust systems and equipment regularly.
• Document repairs and preventive maintenance in logs.
• Set up new machines and programs according to job orders and routing sheets.
• Train operators on processes and ensure first-piece quality.
• Ensure work area safety and cleanliness at end of shift.
