Shift: 3rd Shift 11PM - 7:00AM

Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 (portion paid out in 90 days)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust equipment as needed.
• Perform equipment changeovers per production demands.
• Provide preventative maintenance to plant equipment.
• Rebuild presses and support equipment.
• Evaluate and maintain hand tools for condition and compliance.
• Read electrical schematics, troubleshoot motors and controls.
• Knowledge of PLC and PLC programming is a plus.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely.
• Continuously improve skills as outlined by the maintenance training matrix.
• Accurately document maintenance records using the Computer Maintenance Management System.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Work cooperatively with teammates as part of a natural work team.
• Work schedule is 40-48 hours/week plus overtime.
• Perform additional duties as requested by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited electromechanical degree or equivalent experience.
• Mechanical aptitude testing (Standard Timing Model Test).
• Mechanical, machinist, or electrical background.
• Ability to lift 10-50 lbs., often carrying up to 20 lbs.
• Physical ability to bend, twist, kneel, push, pull, and reach frequently.
