Job description

Position: Industrial Maintenance Reliability Tech
Location: Wausau, WI
Wage: $29.14 - $32.67 (based on experience)
Shift: 3rd Shift 11PM - 7:00AM
* $5,000 sign-on bonus - portion paid out in 90 days

What you'll be doing:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust equipment as needed
• Perform equipment changeovers based on production demands
• Provide preventative maintenance to plant equipment
• Rebuild presses and support equipment
• Maintain hand tools for condition and compliance
• Read electrical schematics, troubleshoot motors and controls
• Knowledge of PLC and PLC programming is a plus
• Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely
• Continuously improve skills as outlined by the training matrix
• Document maintenance records accurately using the Computer Maintenance Management System
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Work cooperatively with teammates as a natural work team
• Work schedule: 40-48 hours/week plus overtime
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor

• You have an accredited electromechanical degree or equivalent experience
• You have completed mechanical aptitude testing (Standard Timing Model Test)
• You possess a mechanical, machinist, or electrical background
• You can lift 10-50 lbs, often carrying up to 20 lbs
• You are capable of bending, twisting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and reaching frequently
