Job summary

Green Bay Packaging Inc. is seeking a General Maintenance/Electronic Specialist in Green Bay, WI. The role supports a 12-hour rotating shift, typically Monday–Friday with blocks of days off, and may require Saturday work.

On-site position focused on preventive maintenance and electrical/control systems. You will troubleshoot Rockwell and Siemens PLCs, work with AC/DC drives and motors, maintain electrical distribution and facility systems, and perform general mechanical maintenance while

Qualifications

Associate Degree or Certificate in Electro/Mechanical Technology or Engineering is required.
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience; willingness to continue education to obtain certification/degree.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to unscheduled maintenance issues in a manufacturing environment.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain PLC systems, including Rockwell and Siemens platforms.
Work with AC and DC drives, motors, and industrial instrumentation.
Maintain, repair, and support upgrades to the facility’s electrical distribution and control systems.
Perform general mechanical maintenance, including troubleshooting and repair of production equipment and facility systems.
Follow all safety policies and procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.
