Qualifications

• Associate Degree or Certificate in Electro/Mechanical Technology or Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience; willingness to continue education to obtain certification/degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to unscheduled maintenance issues in a manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain PLC systems, including Rockwell and Siemens platforms.
• Work with AC and DC drives, motors, and industrial instrumentation.
• Maintain, repair, and support upgrades to the facility’s electrical distribution and control systems.
• Perform general mechanical maintenance, including troubleshooting and repair of production equipment and facility systems.

Description

Position Overview

We are currently working a 12-hour, rotating shift schedule (typically Monday-Friday), with a block of 6 consecutive days off every 3-week cycle. Maintenance employees may be required to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• - Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to unscheduled maintenance issues in a manufacturing environment.
• - Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain PLC systems, including Rockwell and Siemens platforms.
• - Work with AC and DC drives, motors, and industrial instrumentation.
• - Maintain, repair, and support upgrades to the facility’s electrical distribution and control systems.
• - Perform general mechanical maintenance, including troubleshooting and repair of production equipment and facility systems.
