Job summary

Nelson-Jameson, Inc in Marshfield, WI is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Coordinator / Planner Scheduler to plan, schedule, and coordinate service and repair work across our Service & Repair function, supporting multiple sites.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, field technicians, vendors, and procurement to align parts, equipment, and timelines, maintain CMMS/ERP data, and drive improvements in maintenance programs and documentation while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience supporting maintenance, service, or related environment.
• Familiarity with CMMS/ERP systems.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% across the Midwest.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate service, repair, and preventive maintenance across multiple customer sites.
• Create and maintain detailed work orders with scope, parts, labor, timelines, and documentation.
• Coordinate technician schedules, timelines, parts availability, and customer needs for on-time execution.
• Support development and maintenance of maintenance programs, parts lists, and documentation within CMMS/ERP.
• Assist Project Managers by organizing upcoming work and ensuring data quality for quotes and invoices.
