Zusammenfassung

APTIM is seeking a Machinery Maintenance Mechanic to perform journey-level mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and installation of industrial equipment supporting wastewater treatment and environmental services. This role ensures safe, reliable operation and environmental compliance at the facility.

You will follow OSHA regulations, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, and work with pumps, motors, gearboxes, piping, and related systems.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years relevant experience preferred.
• Technical school training or apprenticeship preferred.
• Experience maintaining pumps, motors, and conveyors preferred.
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
• Valid driver's license required.
• HAZWOPER certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Safety & Compliance: Follow OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Mechanical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and related equipment.
• Equipment Repair & Maintenance: Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Preventive Maintenance Programs: Execute inspections, lubrication, and documentation.
• Pumps & Rotating Equipment: Maintain and inspect centrifugal and other pumps.
• Piping & Valve Systems: Inspect and repair piping, valves, and related components.
• Industrial Equipment Operation: Safely operate power tools and maintenance equipment.
• Work Order Management: Document activities and repair history in CMMS.
• Facility Support: Assist with installations and improvement projects.
