Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in manufacturing.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagnose problems.
• Forklift experience and welding knowledge preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, PLC, and operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to diagnose problems.
• Complete work orders and PM documentation; maintain spare parts inventory.
• Respond to emergency maintenance and support safe plant operations.
