Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Skills in electrical, PLC, welding, mechanical and refrigeration.
• Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Ability to learn ERP systems and perform data entry and print reports.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair equipment and facilities.
• Operate and service Pellet Mill, Boilers, conveyors, pumps and related systems.
• Follow SOPs and safety requirements.
• Organize preventive maintenance and replace parts when needed.
• Ensure spare parts inventories are stocked and accessible.
• Collaborate with supervisor to assess progress and discuss changes.
