Job summary

Flex-N-Gate is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to install, maintain, and repair facility equipment including presses, conveyors, pumps and compressors. The role requires reading blueprints, performing welding, and safeguarding a safe work environment in a heavy manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a team, with English communication as a must.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain facility equipment including presses, conveyors, pumps and compressors.
• Troubleshoot motor control, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Read blueprints and schematics to guide repairs.
• Perform welding for repairs as needed.
• Operate cranes, hoists, forklifts, and other equipment safely.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace following safety standards.
