Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking hands-on Mechanical Maintenance Technicians in Florence, AL to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial manufacturing equipment. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude and experience with mechanical systems, power transmission, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Diagnose problems, perform repairs, and complete preventive maintenance to keep production equipment operating safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification preferred.
• 5+ years of mechanical maintenance in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Night shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and drive systems.
• Diagnose failures, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Read and interpret drawings, manuals, and blueprints.
• Assist with equipment installations, alignment, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with electrical/controls staff to resolve complex issues.
• Adhere to safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine lubrication.
