Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment, both mechanical and electrical.
• Three years of related working experience desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with strong multitasking ability.
• Industrial Maintenance Technician Degree or Journeyman License desired.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance on engines, motors, conveyors, and production machines.
• Troubleshoots mechanical and electrical malfunctions using measuring instruments.
• Dismantles defective parts and replaces components.
• Inspects parts and adjustments to meet dimensional requirements.
• Maintains equipment, parts, and inventories; coordinates purchasing requests.
• Keeps maintenance records and reports on trends and efficiency.
• Adheres to safety rules and OSHA regulations.
