Job summary

Harvest Hill Beverage Company is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic A for our Verona, PA plant. The role involves inspecting, maintaining, and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment including plastic injection blow mold machinery, with no supervision required.

You will diagnose and repair to like-new condition, install and dismantle machinery, and perform preventative maintenance while adhering to safety and GMP standards. Own hand tools are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical/mechanical maintenance in manufacturing.
• Diagnose down to circuit board level.
• Must provide own hand tools and toolbox.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, food safety, & GMP rules and regulations.
• Possess the electrical competency to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions down to circuit board level.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair equipment to "like new" state when required.
• Work unassisted and unsupervised to job completion in a timely and proficient manner.
• Maintain or exceed speed and efficiency while maintaining or improving quality of work.
• Install and dismantle machinery and equipment.
• Overhaul machinery by tearing down equipment and repairing or replacing damaged machine parts.
• Operate mechanical equipment to diagnose problems and determine necessary repairs.
• Care for and use hand tools in the repair of equipment and structures.
• Perform a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs.
• Perform all general preventative maintenance duties such as greasing oiling, etc.
