Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year mechanical industrial manufacturing experience or industrial certification from an accredited technical college, trade school, or university.
Experience performing preventative maintenance and identifying predictive maintenance of equipment.

Responsibilities

Adhere to plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Meet or exceed production, waste and quality goals through a quality maintenance program.
Install and repair mechanical drives, chains, sprockets, gears, belts, and couplings.
Perform maintenance checks and preventive maintenance in a safe, timely manner.
Research online manuals and maintenance documentation for equipment.
Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and pulling up to 12 hours/day in a loud, hot, humid environment.
Maintain PPE and safety compliance at all times.
Be willing to work any shift, holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
