Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a heavy‑duty manufacturing environment in Danbury, CT. This position runs on a 3rd‑shift schedule (10:00 PM–6:30 AM) with a competitive benefits package. Tools are provided by the company, and eligible overtime is limited.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of mechanical repair experience. You will perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment using schematics and test equipment, while

• 1 to 3 years of mechanical repair experience. Additional experience/technical training is a plus.
• Comfortable diagnosing equipment problems, reading diagrams, and using computers.
• Familiarity with routine maintenance (PMs), calibration, or safety standards is helpful.
• Knowledge of GMP, or cGMP is a plus.

• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and equipment issues using schematics, manuals, and test equipment.
• Install and maintain production equipment, replacement parts, and new machinery.
• Record maintenance work in a computerized system and support general building maintenance.

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

$40.25 PER HOUR - 3RD SHIFT - DANBURY, CT

Monday through Friday | 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM

This is heavy-duty industrial maintenance in a fast-paced production environment. PLEASE - ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.

Pay & Benefits

• $40.25 per hour ($35/hr. Base Pay + 15% Shift Differential)
• Monday through Friday, 10pm to 6:30am. Limited OT, not guaranteed.
• Benefits: 3 weeks of PTO (15 days, increasing each year), 16 paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), HSA, and 5% annual bonus.
• Tools: Company provided. No need to bring your own.
