Rochelle Foods LLC in Rochelle, IL is hiring Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment in a food processing facility, performing proactive and reactive maintenance with minimal supervision.

Experience in industrial maintenance or related tech training is preferred; weekend work is required and overtime may be available. Competitive hourly wages start at $33.00–$36.00 plus a shift differential of $0.75 (2nd) or $1.00

Qualifications

• Experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic or related field is preferred.
• Well-developed problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Perform proactive and reactive maintenance on production equipment, buildings, and grounds.
• Work with minimal supervision to identify and solve problems and keep supervisors informed.
