The hourly rate for this position is $43.86.

Job Summary

Location: Stanton, TN

This position is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment at the Central Utility Plant at Ford's Blue Oval City complex, including gas turbines, heat recovery steam generators, chillers, pumps, electrical systems, and more. Work involves complex functions requiring independent judgment, performed under supervision, with potential relocation assistance.

Key Accountabilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on plant systems and equipment.
• Order parts, schedule work, and assist contractors.
• Develop and use CMMS for maintenance records.
• Provide technical guidance and inspections.
• Lead small projects and develop procedures.
• Participate in electrical switching and safety activities.
• Perform operational tasks, safety compliance, and communication.
• Work overtime and respond to call-ins as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, with 5+ years of power plant experience.
• Knowledge of plant equipment and systems.
• Skills in pipefitting, welding, machining, etc.
• Ability to learn site-specific systems and safety procedures.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS.
