Job Description

Titan Wheel is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

• Location: Quincy, Illinois

Hours: 7:00AM to 3:00PM Monday - Friday
Alternate Hours: 3:00PM to 11:00PM Monday - Friday
Night Shift: 11:00PM to 7:00AM Sunday - Thursday

Wage: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Essential Functions

1. Perform routine maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
3. Repair and replace defective parts and components.
4. Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
5. Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
7. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
• 5 or more years of experience in machine repair preferred.
• Knowledge of advanced shop mathematics, technical manuals, schematics, and precision measuring instruments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Entrance test required.
