Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance or mechanical experience.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on bakery and production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems, including motors, relays, sensors, and control panels.
• Assist with diagnosing PLC-related issues (preferred, not required).
• Perform emergency and unscheduled repairs when equipment fails.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
• Work closely with production staff to minimize downtime.
• Assist with parts inventory and maintenance records.
• Support small facility and equipment improvement projects as needed.
