Job summary

I Squared R Element Co is seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to keep our facility running safely and efficiently. You will diagnose equipment issues, perform repairs, and conduct preventative maintenance on pumps, compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read blueprints, and willingness to work overtime. This position supports manufacturing systems, basic controls, welding, plumbing, and general building upkeep.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and parts specifications.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment malfunctions in a timely manner.
• Perform routine, preventative, and predictive maintenance.

• Assist with welding, fabrication, and minor equipment modifications as needed.

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support the safe and efficient operation of our facility. This role is responsible for diagnosing equipment issues, performing repairs, and carrying out preventative maintenance across a variety of industrial systems.

Shift

Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm.

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support the safe and efficient operation of our facility. This role is responsible for diagnosing equipment issues, performing repairs, and carrying out preventative maintenance across a variety of industrial systems. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting and maintaining equipment such as pumps, air compressors, hydraulic presses, and pneumatic systems. Additional responsibilities include supporting manufacturing systems, basic controls, welding and light fabrication, plumbing, and general building maintenance. This is a physically active, hands-on role suited for someone who takes pride in keeping equipment running and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty!

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment malfunctions in a timely manner.

Education & Experience
