Job Summary

Perform maintenance, repairs, and rebuilding of mechanical equipment such as centrifuges, pumps, augers, and mixers. This role also involves equipment operation, health and safety compliance, and training operators as needed.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild, clean, and maintain centrifuges, pumps, mixers, and related mechanical equipment.
• Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance.
• Operate and maintain site process equipment.
• Record and report service work performed.
• Follow safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in millwright or mechanical maintenance.
• TWIC Card.
• Forklift Certification.
• Basic Plus Safety Training.
• OSHA Hazardous Material Training (preferred).
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol testing.
• Proficiency with tools such as micrometers, P&IDs, electrical schematics, and welding equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
