As an advanced Industrial Maintenance Technician II, incumbent applies intensive and diversified knowledge in performing repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, plant blow mold equipment, and facility. The role also involves following our company's Good Manufacturing Practices.

Additional Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, install and repair blow mold and related equipment, perform mold and equipment changes, inspect and replace hoses, rebuild valves and pumps, perform preventive maintenance, maintain machines, weld and fabricate, troubleshoot issues, operate blow mold or injection machines, communicate with other departments, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum requirements include advanced mathematical skills, advanced computer experience, over five years of machine operator experience, a high school diploma or GED, and possibly a current OSHA forklift certification. Completion of Altium Industrial Maintenance Technician II training is preferred.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

The job requires standing, walking, manual dexterity, reaching, climbing, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The work environment involves exposure to moving mechanical parts, loud noise levels, and temperature fluctuations, with PPE required.
