Join Our Team as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic!

Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair demands to ensure efficient production.
  • Schedule maintenance work collaboratively with the production team to minimize disruptions.
  • Maintain facilities and office areas as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN Manufacturing methods.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment utilizing schematics, manuals, and testing tools.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant working environment.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic.
  • Strong electrical skills, including reading schematics, installing electrical services up to 480V, and troubleshooting with multimeters. Knowledge of NFPA 70E regulations is preferred.
  • Proficient mechanical skills, including reading mechanical drawings and using precision tools.
  • Basic skills in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and electronic.
  • Own tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.
