Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Sr. Mechatronics & Robotics Technician in Windsor, CT to lead installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will mentor technicians and design solutions for complex problems within the Operations Maintenance team.

The role involves training, proactive maintenance, and hands-on work with conveyors, relays, sensors, and motor starters. Travel up to 20% is expected; prior leadership and CMMS experience are valued.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• 3+ years of experience conducting preventative maintenance.
• 3+ years of experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• 2+ years of work order management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor service technicians on the team.
• Design solutions for difficult problems and manage projects.
• Coordinate and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical control components and sensors.
• Create and close out work orders with labor hours and parts data.
• Develop training plans for technicians.
• Travel up to 20% as required.
• Move up to 49 lbs and work up to 12 hour shifts.
