Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities maintenance in manufacturing, heavy industrial, or construction environments.
• Experience leading contractors and internal teams on large repair projects.
• Advanced knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems, motor controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment across the facility and yard.
• Lead on-site teams, coordinate contractors, and enforce safety policies.
• Collaborate with engineering on process optimization and upgrades.
• Maintain and improve CMMS data for assets and work orders.
