Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot 480VAC/3-phase systems.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical conveyors and heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Drive accountability and encourage reporting of unsafe conditions.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
• Ensure production aligns with budget and operational targets.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support career growth.
