Job summary

Division Laundry Houston is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to manage installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production and facility equipment in a heavy industrial laundry setting.

You will perform preventative and predictive maintenance, interpret schematics, and coordinate repairs while adhering to LOTO and OSHA requirements. Expect extended hours and a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics.
• Basic knowledge of LOTO and OSHA safety requirements related to industrial operations.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic control systems.
• Read and interpret basic electrical schematics, blueprints, drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment and maintain required records.
• Install, inspect, test, repair, and maintain electrical motors, controls, instrumentation, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and supporting facility systems.
