Job summary

Henkel in Bowling Green, KY seeks an Electrical Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain packaging and process equipment. You will read schematics, diagnose VFD faults, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure uptime and safety.

Qualifications

Associate degree or 3 years of applicable work experience.
Successful completion of Electrical Maintenance Skills Assessment.
Basic knowledge of PLCs, DCS, Power Distribution, Motors & Drives, and I/O wiring readings.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot electrical faults using prints, schematics and panel drawings.
Diagnose VFD faults and replace drives as needed.
Perform electrical and mechanical repairs to minimize downtime.
Read wiring diagrams and trace circuits to identify failures.
Maintain CMMS records and collaborate with team members.
Ensure safety, GMP compliance, and proper cleaning procedures.
