Job summary

Epiroc is seeking a Maintenance Utilities professional in Garland, TX to support the facilities team with preventive, corrective, and general maintenance activities. The role focuses on mechanical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and utility system upkeep to ensure safe, efficient operations across the site.

Work is onsite with Friday-Sunday shifts (6 AM–4:30 PM). Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2–5 years of maintenance experience; technical training is preferred.

Qualifications

• General maintenance practices and procedures.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical or vocational training in maintenance preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist or perform preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance on facility equipment and building systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility utility systems (air, water, plumbing, lighting).
• Perform general maintenance and repair of facility structures and office areas.
• Read and interpret work orders, manuals, and instructions.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Support contractors and vendors on-site as directed.
