Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Apprentice in the Greensboro area for on-the-job training under a Maintenance Supervisor. You will learn to repair, maintain and troubleshoot industrial equipment and systems, including washers, dryers, steam tunnels and boilers, while following safety policies.

This is a training position designed for advancement after the program. Responsibilities include indoor/outdoor housekeeping and learning to operate wastewater treatment and wash alley equipment, with

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand maintenance literature printed in English.
• General knowledge and skills that demonstrates good mechanical background.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours of an 8 hour shift.
• Basic Microsoft Office computer skills.
• High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Learn to repair and maintain industrial equipment.
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Install and troubleshoot washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers.
• Operate and maintain wastewater treatment systems.
• Keep wash alley equipment and areas clean and orderly.
