Job summary

Cintas Corporation invites applicants for a Maintenance Apprentice role in Maple Grove, MN. Under the Maintenance Supervisor, you will receive on-the-job training to repair, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial equipment and systems, including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, boilers, and wastewater treatment processes.

Training-focused position designed to prepare you for advancement through practical experience, safety training, and hands-on exposure to a variety of maintenance

Qualifications

Ability to read and understand maintenance literature in English.
General mechanical knowledge and skills.
Able to stand for up to 7 hours of an 8 hour shift.
High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Learn to repair, maintain, and perform preventive/predictive maintenance on industrial equipment.
Install and troubleshoot washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, boilers, and related systems.
Operate and monitor industrial wastewater treatment systems and wash alley equipment.
Perform indoor and outdoor housekeeping and comply with health and safety policies.
