Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Apprentice in Strongsville, OH. Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, you will receive on-the-job training to learn repair, maintenance, preventive/predictive maintenance, installation and troubleshooting of industrial equipment, including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers.

This training position aims to prepare you for advancement upon completion of the program.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand maintenance literature printed in English
• General knowledge and skills that demonstrates good mechanical background
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours of an 8 hour shift
• High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial equipment and systems.
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance on conveyors, washers, boilers, and related systems.
• Follow health and safety policies and procedures while learning duties.
