Job summary

Qualifications

• Certification: Forklift Operator Certification issued on-site.
• 1–2 years of experience operating heavy, high-capacity forklifts in manufacturing or lumber environments preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and work orders; use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers).
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty forklifts to move structural steel, scrap metal, or timber; load/unload trailers and containers.
• Set up, adjust, and operate metal roll former machinery and trim machines to specifications.
• Transport raw materials to workstations and transfer finished products to staging areas.
• Follow OSHA regulations and use PPE; maintain safe, clean work environment.
