Job summary

CT Polymers, LLC. is hiring a dedicated Machine Operator to join our in-person team. You will set up and run industrial equipment, manage materials with a sit-down forklift, and uphold high-quality production standards.

Key tasks include equipment setup, data logging, material handling, and collaborative shift communications. A strong work ethic and physical stamina are essential for this 12-hour shift role.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation and related safety practices.
• Ability to perform basic math for material weights and measurements.
• Proficiency with calculators and industrial scales is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain industrial machinery.
• Handle materials and use sit-down forklift to stage products.
• Clean and maintain production equipment and tools.
• Record quality logs and production data accurately.
• Assist with packaging: boxes, lids and skids preparation.
• Perform tare/gross/net calculations for materials.
• Participate in shift meetings and communicate with coworkers.
