The role requires standing most of the shift, basic weight calculations, and strong safety focus. 12-hour rotating shifts (2-2-3) provide coverage across days and nights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of forklift experience (required).
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 65 lbs.
• Comfort with standing, walking, stooping, and bending for ~80% of the shift.
• Ability to get on/off forklifts repeatedly and stand for long periods.
• Proficiency with calculators, adding machines, and industrial scales.
• Proven troubleshooting skills and composure under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate and care for production machinery and move materials using sit-down forklift.
• Set up, run, and maintain manufacturing equipment and safeguard tools.
• Move inventory and store materials safely; stage to support operations.
• Complete quality control logs, production ledgers, and box tickets legibly and on time.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly to meet production deadlines.
• Join shift meetings and communicate with teammates and leadership.
