CT Polymers, LLC. is seeking a hands-on forklift operator to support production on a 12-hour shift in Indiana. You will set up and operate machinery, supply lines with a sit-down forklift, and maintain QC logs and production records with precision.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with opportunities to contribute to daily shift communications and continuous improvement.

Formación

• At least 2 years forklift experience.
• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds.
• Comfort standing, walking, and bending for most of the shift.
• Readiness to get on/off forklifts repeatedly.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, operate, and maintain a range of industrial machinery.
• Supply lines and store materials using a sit-down forklift.
• Complete QC logs, production ledgers, and box tickets legibly.
• Participate in shift meetings, trainings, and day-to-day communication.
