Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years forklift experience
• Able to push, pull, lift and carry up to 65 pounds
• Stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 80% of shift
• Proficient with calculators, adding machines and industrial scales
• Troubleshoot equipment and work under deadline pressure
• Valid forklift certification preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain simple and complex industrial machinery
• Clean production machinery and maintain tools
• Supply production lines and store materials using a sit-down forklift
• Clean boxes, lids, and skids before staging them
• Complete quality control logs, production ledgers, and box tickets
• Compute material weights using gross, tare, and net calculations
• Participate in shift meetings, training sessions, and communicate with coworkers
