CHEP is seeking a Pallet Sorter / Machine Operator for our Kilgore, TX facility on 2nd shift. You will operate machinery on the production line, set up tools, monitor equipment, and help maintain safety and efficiency in a demanding warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production machinery.
• Bandsaw experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare tools and equipment for production and assembly line use.
• Operate machinery to support product and material flow along the production line.
• Monitor equipment functionality and address jams or issues promptly.
• Report larger equipment issues to maintenance and ensure safety procedures are followed.
