CHEP in Temple, TX is seeking a Disassembly Operator to efficiently dismantle pallets, collaborating with the team to maintain high quality and safety standards. The role requires attention to detail, experience with production tools, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Second shift offers a $0.75/hour differential (4:30pm–1:00am) with weekly pay and full benefits from day one, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k with company match, plus tuition reimbursement and paid

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with pneumatic nail guns and production tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with others.
• Flexibility in a changing environment.
• Experience in manufacturing and following quality control procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Disassemble pallets top or bottom components efficiently.
• Collaborate with other operators to ensure smooth processes.
• Follow repair guidelines and replace defective components as needed.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and use PPE as required.
• Communicate issues and troubleshoot with the team.
